In this seminar, senior instructor Jamie Lippiatt from Systema HQ will take you into the inner working of Systema, often not taught directly.
Go deep into the inner nature of breath work. Understand how to heal organs, as well as how to develop deep internal power and harmony.
If time permits, we will also cover the basics of how to move the psyche into a deep state of inner connection and calm to drive every movement from energy instead of tension.
